Summary

Directs the Senate Legal Counsel, pursuant to the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, to represent Members in proceedings before the Maryland Tax Court, and in appeals from that court, in which Public Law 95-67 may be asserted as a bar to the imposition of State or local income tax liability. Stipulates that the Joint Leadership Group must authorize the Senate Legal Counsel to represent any such Member and the Member must consent to such representation.
