Summary

Provides that the Sergeant at Arms of the Senate shall take such steps as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of Senate Resolution 24, 93d Congress, agreed to January 23, 1973, relating to the payment of expenses with respect to the attendance at the funeral of former President Lyndon B. Johnson. Provides that necessary expenses in carrying out such resolution shall be paid out of the contingent fund of the Senate.
