Summary
Authorizes the Senate Committee on Finance, or any subcommittee thereof: (1) to make expenditures from the contingent fund of the Senate; and (2) to employ personnel for the purpose of holding hearings, reporting such hearings, and making investigations for the period from March 1, 1976, through February 28, 1977. Directs that the expenses of the committee under this resolution shall not exceed $430,000, of which amount not to exceed $15,000 may be expended for the procurement of the services of consultants. Requires the committee to report its findings and recommendations for legislation to the Senate no later than February 28, 1977.
