Authorizes: (1) any employee of the Senate from whom testimony or document production is required in United States v. John Murtari to testify and produce documents, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted; and (2) the Senate Legal Counsel to represent employees of the Senate in connection with the testimony and document production authorized by this Act.
