Amends rule XXV of the Standing Rules of the Senate to increase the number of Senators on the: (1) Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee from 18 to 20; (2) Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee from 18 to 22; and (3) Veterans' Affairs Committee from 12 to 14.
