Authorizes David Julyan, Richard Kaufman and Ronald L. Tammen to testify at depositions or at trial in the case of A. Ernest Fitzgerald v. Alexander P. Butterfield, et al., and to produce documents described in the subpoenas issued to them, except concerning matters which, on behalf of the Senate, the Senate Legal Counsel or his representative, advises are privileged from disclosure.
