Summary
Authorizes the expenditure of $659,900 for the Senate Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs for inquiries and investigations. Directs the committee to continue the study of national fuels and energy policy. Provides that such investigation shall include an investigation of energy resources and requirements, governmental policies affecting the fuels and energy industries, proved and predicted availabilities, projected national requirements, and the effect that energy producing, transportation, upgrading, and utilization has upon conservation and environmental factors.
