Declares that the Senate disapproves the Restated and Amended Advance Payment Pool Agreement between the Department of the Navy and Grumman Aerospace Corporation dated July 29, 1974, under which advanced payments in an aggregate amount not in excess of $100,000,000 may be made to such corporation by the Department of the Navy in connection with a contract for the purchase of F-14 and other military aircraft.
