Summary
Amends S. Res. 382 (90th Congress) to authorize the expenditure of such amounts as are necessary out of the contingent fund of the Senate for the Commission on Art and Antiquities of the U.S. Senate. Authorizes the Commission to procure the temporary (not to exceed one year) or intermittent services of individual consultants or organizations with the prior approval of the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration.
