Summary

Amends the Standing Rules of the Senate to require each report of a bill or resolution (except those by the Committee on Appropriations) to contain an economic evaluation which specifies the extent to which inflation or deflation of the national economy is affected therein. Directs that in lieu of such evaluation, a statement shall be provided explaining the reasons for any noncompliance.
