Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should delay issuance of any letter of offer to Israel, Egypt, or Saudi Arabia for the proposed sale of aircraft described in transmittal notices to Congress on April 28, 1978, notwithstanding the failure of Congress to object to such proposed sale pursuant to the Arms Export Control Act, until after an agreement has been reached for peace in the Middle East.
