Summary
Provides, under the Rules of the Senate, that whenever proposed legislation or any other matter which is to be referred to a standing committee broadly crosses or significantly involves the jurisdictions of one or more such committees, such proposed legislation or other matter may, upon motion, be referred to more than one standing committee. States that the report filed by committees to which proposed legislation or other matter has been jointly referred shall be a joint report of such committees unless otherwise ordered by the Senate.
