Directs the Senate Legal Counsel to represent Senator Pete Wilson, Robert White, and any other Senate employee who may be asked to testify or produce documents in the case of Smith v. Ellis, et al. Authorizes the Senator to testify in such case, except concerning matters which are privileged from disclosure. Authorizes any employees to testify and produce documents in such case, except concerning matters which are privileged from disclosure.
