Summary
Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) the Government should formulate and implement a plan for the repatriation to Cuba of Cuban refugees who are causing disruption or disturbances in the United States or who wish to return to Cuba; and (2) an appropriate official of the Administration should prepare and transmit to the Senate a report concerning the progress made in formulating and implementing such plan.
