Summary

Expresses the sense of the Senate that any agreement between the United States and Japan arising from the current Market-Oriented Sector Specific (MOSS) talks should provide U.S. automobile parts manufacturers with the opportunity to compete on an equal basis in Japan. Declares that the success of the agreement will be measured by the increase in sales of U.S. automobile parts.
