Summary
Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam should continue to release the remaining political prisoners held as a result of their previous association with the Government of South Vietnam prior to 1975, and should permit their expeditious departure from Vietnam; and (2) the President and the Secretary of State should continue to give highest priority to efforts to speed and facilitate the reunion of former prisoners with their families in the United States.
