Summary
Amends rule XLII (public financial disclosure) of the Standing Rules of the Senate to require, at the end of seven years, the destruction of any paper filed with the Comptroller General, or if so requested by the individual concerned or his legal representative, its return, unopened, to such individual or legal representative, unless the select committee has directed retention of it and destruction or return at a later date.
