Denounces the continuing disregard for human rights by the Cambodian government. Calls upon the President to: (1) take steps to persuade the Cambodian government to cease violating human rights; and (2) direct the Assistant Secretary of State for Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs to document and present evidence of Cambodian human rights violations to the United Nations.
