Amends rule XLVI of the Standing Rules of the Senate to provide that an unofficial office account does not include funds from contributions to: (1) the Member's principal campaign committee; (2) the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee; and (3) the national or State political party committee with which the Member is affiliated.
