Congratulates the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association for its 75-year history and its contributions to the construction of the infrastructure of the United States, including homes, buildings, bridges, and highways. Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Association as an expression of public appreciation and for public display at the Association's 2005 national convention.
