Summary

Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) the U.S. Government should take additional steps to recognize the relationship between the United States and the Baltic States of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia; (2) the Secretary of Commerce should assign additional U.S. Government personnel to the U.S. Trade Center in Warsaw, Poland, to serve as the sole U.S. trade representative with the Baltic States; and (3) the Secretary should establish a trade center in such States and transfer such personnel to such center.
