Summary

Authorizes the President of the Senate to appoint Members to official Senate delegations to respond to invitations received officially from foreign governments. Provides an amount not to exceed $35,000 for expenses of each such delegation. Authorizes each member to receive subsistence expenses in an amount not to exceed the maximum per diem rate set forth in the Mutual Security Act of 1954.
