Expresses the sense of the Senate that the people of United States should be informed to the fullest extent possible of the Soviet Union's noncompliance with the unratified Salt II Treaty or other arms control agreements. Requests the President to review his classified message to the Congress dated February 1, 1985, and to make public all information contained in such message to the people of the United States.
