Summary
Amends Senate Resolution 219, 95th Congress (relating to the Senior Citizen Intern Program) to apply to the interns the same limitations and restrictions for payment of compensation and travel applicable to Senators and employees. Authorizes an outside vendor to provide travel and per diem expenses only of senior citizen interns in the Program subject to approval by the Committee on Rules and Administration.
