Summary
Bundesgesetz, mit dem ein Bundesgesetz zur Festlegung von Haftungsobergrenzen des Bundes (Bundeshaftungsobergrenzengesetz – BHOG) erlassen, das AUA-Finanzierungsgesetz, das Bundesgesetz vom 14. Feber 1973 betreffend die Übernahme der Bundeshaftung für Darlehen und sonstige Kredite der Flughafen Wien Betriebsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, das Bundesgesetz vom 8. November 1973 betreffend die Übernahme der Bundeshaftung für Anleihen, Darlehen und sonstige Kredite der Vereinigte Österreichische Eisen- und Stahlwerke – Alpine Montan Aktiengesellschaft, das Bundesgesetz vom 24. Jänner 1979 betreffend die Übernahme der Bundeshaftung für die Konversion von Anleihen, Darlehen und sonstigen Krediten der Österreichischen Elektrizitätswirtschafts-Aktiengesellschaft (Verbundgesellschaft) und der Sondergesellschaften, das Energieanleihegesetz 1982 und das BAWAG P.S.K.-Sicherungsgesetz aufgehoben, und das Bundeshaushaltsgesetz, das Bundeshaushaltsgesetz 2013, das IAKW – Finanzierungsgesetz, das Bundesgesetz vom 3. Juni 1964 betreffend die Finanzierung der Autobahn Innsbruck-Brenner, das Tauernautobahn-Finanzierungsgesetz, das Pyhrn Autobahn-Finanzierungsgesetz und das Arlberg Schnellstraße Finanzierungsgesetz geändert werden
