Implementation of the request of MP Michael Schnedlitz, colleagues in accordance with Section 32e Paragraph 2 GOG-NR to examine all payments to associations, non-profit limited liability companies, foundations or comparable forms of company, regardless of whether they are based in Austria or abroad, for example as subsidies or based on service agreements (in particular work or service contracts) in the past Legislative period (October 23, 2019 - October 23, 2024) as well as in this legislative period (October 24, 2024 - September 23, 2025) by the federal ministries and federal companies and institutions with regard to <br><br>a) the increasing burden on taxpayers due to the careless awarding of billions in subsidies; <br><br>b) the party-politically defined decision-making basis for entering into performance agreements; <br><br>c) the inappropriate use of funds, especially since the field of activity of many associations, non-profit limited liability companies or comparable foreign companies and foundations that call themselves NGOs is broader than their area of ​​​​competence; <br><br>d) inadequate control of the use of funds and provision of services; <br><br>e) the quasi-automated extension of subsidies and Service agreements without examining the need for adjustment.
