Bericht des Gesundheitsausschusses über die Regierungsvorlage (1056 d.B.): Bundesgesetz, mit dem das Bundesgesetz über das Herstellen und das Inverkehrbringen von Tabakerzeugnissen sowie die Werbung für Tabakerzeugnisse und den Nichtraucherschutz (Tabakgesetz) und das Bundesgesetz, mit dem die Österreichische Agentur für Gesundheit und Ernährungssicherheit GmbH errichtet und das Bundesamt für Ernährungssicherheit sowie das Bundesamt für Sicherheit im Gesundheitswesen eingerichtet werden (Gesundheits- und Ernährungssicherheitsgesetz - GESG) geändert werden
