Summary
Bericht des Verkehrsausschusses über die Regierungsvorlage (311 d.B.): Bundesgesetz, mit dem das Bundesbahngesetz 1992, das Schieneninfrastrukturfinanzierungsgesetz, das Hochleistungsstreckengesetz, das Bundesgesetz zur Errichtung einer "Brenner Eisenbahn GmbH", das Bundespflegegeldgesetz und das Kriegsgefangenenentschädigungsgesetz sowie das Gesetz zur Neuordnung des Dienstrechtes der Österreichischen Bundesbahnen und deren Rechtsnachfolge-Unternehmen erlassen wird, mit dem das Bahn-Betriebsverfassungsgesetz aufgehoben wird, und mit dem das Arbeitsverfassungsgesetz und das Angestelltengesetz geändert werden (Bundesbahnstrukturgesetz 2003) <br><br>
