<b>Bezug:</b> Entschließung des Bundesrats auf BR Drs 346/94; Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zu Art. 14 Grundgesetz (BVerfGE 38, 175 ff) Die Vorlage ersetzt den Gesetzesantrag Berlins auf BR Drs 167/92 (s. C67) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der §§ 1 und 30a Vermögensgesetz: Schaffung von Rückübertragungsansprüchen der Alteigentümer von Grundstücken, die im Zuge der Errichtung von Grenzanlagen in der DDR enteignet wurden, durch Ausweitung der Restitutionsansprüche gem. Vermögensgesetz (sog. Mauergrundstücke). Dem Bund entstehen Einnahmeverluste durch Wegfall der Veräußerungsmöglichkeiten. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Rückerstattung/Restitutionsanspruch für sog.
