<strong>Bezug:</strong> Siehe auch C090 und C138<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Schaffung eines neuen Straftatbestands zur Bekämpfung von Zwangsheirat in Anlehnung an die Tatbestände der Nötigung, des Menschenhandels und der Verschleppung, zivilrechtliche Aufhebung von durch widerrechtliche Drohung zustande gekommenen Ehen durch Wegfall der Antragsfrist, unterhaltsrechtliche und erbrechtliche Regelungen; Änderung § 6 und Einfügung § 234b Strafgesetzbuch, Änderung §§ 1317 und 1318 Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, Einfügung § 11 in Art. 229 Einführungsgesetz zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuche.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen durch BR- Beschluss:</strong> Änderung § 240 Strafgesetzbuch, Anfügung § 15 in Art. 229 Einführungsgesetz zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuche. Durch Strafverfolgung können erhöhte Kosten entstehen, die aber wegen verbesserten Rechtsgüterschutzes zu tragen sind.<br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Strafgesetzbuch/Änderung §§ 6 und 240, Einfügung § 234b StGB betr.
