<b>Bezug:</b> Urteil des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 2. Oktober 2003 (BVerwGE 5 C 4.03) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Ergänzung § 10b Abs. 3 Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz: Klarstellung, dass Verteilungs- und Umverteilungsfälle von Asylbewerbern keine Erstattungspflicht zwischen den Leistungsträgern auslösen. Ohne die Gesetzesänderung müssten die Flächenländer mit erheblichen Nachforderungen der Kommunen rechnen.
