Summary
Maßnahmen zur Berücksichtigung regionaler Erfordernisse bei der Vergabe von Netzanschlüssen zur besseren Auslastung vorhandener und geplanter Netzkapazitäten, zur Ermöglichung weiteren Zubaus an erneuerbaren Energien, Senkung des Redispatches sowie Schaffung von Rechtssicherheit: Reservierung von Netzanschlusskapazitäten für Lasten und Stromspeicher für maximal fünf Jahre an einzelnen Netzanschlusspunkten, z.B. im Falle ausgewiesener Gewerbe- oder Industriegebiete, Priorisierung von Anschlussnehmern mit Bereitschaft zur Überbauung von Lasten und Batteriespeichern mit erneuerbaren Energien, Angebot einer flexiblen Netzanschlussvereinbarung durch den Netzbetreiber auf Verlangen des Anschlussnehmers, Anschluss von Stand-Alone-Batteriespeichern ausschließlich mit einer flexiblen Netzanschlussvereinbarung;<br /> Änderung § 17 Energiewirtschaftsgesetz
