Juni 2013 bestätigen, dass Umschlaganlagen des Kombinierten Verkehrs definitiv nicht von der VAUwS erfasst werden und damit Kombiterminals bundesweit von der Auflage befreit bleiben, ihre Anlagen aufwendig und kostenintensiv umzurüsten?
