Carbon Captore Storage – CCS) im Bundesrat am 23. September 2011 auf die im Bundeshaushalt 2012 u. a. im Einzelplan 30 im „Titel 894 40, Klimaforschung und Lebensraum Erde, Energie – Investitionen, Nummer 5“ vorgesehenen CCS-Forschungsvorhaben, und wie beabsichtigt die Bundesregierung, die von der Koalition im Rahmen der Haushaltsberatungen 2012 beschlossene Kürzung von 6 Mio. Euro in dem genannten Titel auf die einzelnen Erläuterungsnummern aufzuteilen?
