Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Welche Konsequenzen hat die durch die Vereinbarung zwischen dem Auswärtigen Amt und dem Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung am 10. November 2011 angekündigte Umsetzung von 52 Stellen aus dem Haushalt des BMZ in den Haushalt des AA für die von der Bundesregierung angestrebte Stärkung des BMZ durch eine deutliche Erhöhung seines Personals, und wie viele neu geschaffene Stellen und Planstellen stehen angesichts der für die Schaffung neuer Abteilungen, Unterabteilungen und Referate benötigten sowie der über andere Bundesministerien umgesetzten Stellen zur Stärkung der Länder- und Regionen-, Fach- bzw. Themenreferate zur Verfügung?
