Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Welches sind die szenetypischen Straftaten nach Auffassung der Bundesregierung, die nach dem Interview des Präsidenten des Bundesamtes für Verfassungsschutz von V-Leuten im IS-Milieu (IS – Islamischer Staat) begangen werden dürfen, wenn sie nach Syrien reisen, um Informationen über Personen aus Deutschland zu erhalten über mögliche Terrorpläne (taz.die tageszeitung, 11. Februar 2015), und soll nach dem von der Bundesregierung beschlossenen Entwurf eines Gesetzes zur Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit im Bereich des Verfassungsschutzes vom 6. Februar 2015 über Ausnahmen von der Beendigung solcher Einsätze auch der Behördenleiter oder sein Vertreter entscheiden, wenn V-Leute Straftatbestände von erheblicher Bedeutung verwirklicht haben (§ 9a Absatz 3 Satz 4 des o. g. Gesetzentwurfs)?
