Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Was ist vonseiten der Bundesregierung derzeit konkret in Planung, um das von der Bundesministerin für Umwelt, Naturschutz, Bau und Reaktorsicherheit, Dr. Barbara Hendricks, in ihrer Rede vor dem Deutschen Bundestag am 31. Januar 2014 angekündigte ressortübergreifende Sofortprogramm für Klimaschutz umzusetzen, und wann ist damit spätestens zu rechnen, nachdem die Bundesministerin in der genannten Rede angekündigt hat, sich umgehend darum kümmern zu wollen?<br /> <br /> Was wird die Bundesregierung konkret unternehmen, um die von der Bundesministerin Dr. Barbara Hendricks gegenüber der „STUTTGARTER ZEITUNG“ vom 4.
