Bundestagsdrucksachen 18/3734 und 18/4151), und wenn ja, durch welche konkreten Regelungen des vorliegenden Arbeitsentwurfes für ein Wertstoffgesetz wird ein signifikanter Rückgang der Mikroplastikeinträge in die Umwelt aus Sicht der Regierung erwartet?
