Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Beabsichtigt die Bundesregierung eine Umwidmung von Militärflugplätzen in zivile Flughäfen, und wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, zu welchem Zweck und in wessen Auftrag landete nach mir vorliegenden Informationen am 4. Dezember 2019 um 11.40 Uhr auf dem Militärflughafen in Celle-Wietzenbruch eine zivile Passagiermaschine mit ca. 300 bis 400 Sitzplätzen?
