Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Welche Möglichkeiten der Passbeschaffung gibt es nach Kenntnis der Bundesregierung für guineische Geflüchtete in Deutschland, vor dem Hintergrund, dass die Botschaft der Republik Guinea zurzeit keine Pässe für guineische Staatsangehörige ausstellt (www.amba-guinee.de/consulat/features/visas-passeports-droit.html), diese jedoch zur Verfestigung von Bleiberechtsperspektiven wie Ausbildungs- oder Beschäftigungsduldung im Rahmen der Identitätsklärung zum Teil erforderlich sind, und auf Basis welcher Dokumente können vermeintlich guineische Staatsangehörige von Bund und Ländern nach Guinea abgeschoben werden, da nach meiner Kenntnis zum Teil ausreisepflichtige guineische Geflüchtete ohne einen gültigen Pass in Abschiebehaft genommen werden, ohne zuvor bei der sogenannten guineischen Expertendelegation vorgeführt worden zu sein, die zurzeit mit der Passersatzpapierbeschaffung bzw. der Ausstellung von Heimreisedokumenten in Deutschland betraut ist (Bundestagsdrucksache 19/24323)?
