Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Auf Grundlage welcher Erkenntnisse ist die Bundesregierung in ihrem Eckpunktepapier für „Maßnahmen zur Umsetzung des Konzepts für saubere Luft und die Sicherung der individuellen Mobilität in unseren Städten“ zu der Einschätzung gelangt, dass eine Überschreitung von 50 Mikrogramm Stickstoffdioxid pro Kubikmeter Luft im Jahresmittel als „geringfügig überschritten“ anzusehen ist, obwohl wissenschaftliche Quellen belegen, dass eingeatmetes Stickstoffdioxid schon in geringen Mengen Kopfschmerzen und Schwindel und in höheren Konzentrationen Atemnot sowie Lungenödeme auslösen kann (www.bundestag.de/blob/550740/0ed69bc0c343c0a1ce7c485923dc167c/wd-8-016-18-pdf-data.pdf), und ist für die Bundesregierung die Sicherung der individuellen Mobilität wichtiger als die Gesundheit der Bürgerinnen und Bürger, insbesondere in Innenstädten mit hoher NOx-Belastung?
