Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Auf welchen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen zur Gesundheitsbelastung basiert die Annahme der Bundesregierung, dass eine Überschreitung des Stickstoffdioxidgrenzwertes von 40 µg/m3 um maximal 10 µg/m3 nur geringfügig ist und lediglich mildere Gegenmaßnahmen als Fahrverbote erfordert, und inwieweit trägt dieser Vorschlag zum vorbeugenden Gesundheitsschutz bei, wenn nach Erkenntnissen der Weltgesundheitsorganisation schon eine Langzeitbelastung von 20 µg/m3 gesundheitsschädlich ist?
