Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> In welchem Umfang sind nach Kenntnis der Bundesregierung Mittel aus dem Kommunalinvestitionsförderungsgesetz (KInvFG) von den einzelnen nordrhein-westfälischen Kommunen abgerufen worden (bitte nach KInvFG Kapitel 1 "Infrastrukturprogramm" seit 2015 und KInvFG Kapitel 2 "Schulsanierungsprogramm" seit 2017 aufschlüsseln), und welche Hinweise hat die Bundesregierung über Schwierigkeiten von Kommunen, Gelder aus dem Kommunalinvestitionsförderungsgesetz abzurufen (bitte getrennt nach KInvFG Kapitel 1 "Infrastrukturprogramm" und KInvFG Kapitel 2 "Schulsanierungsprogramm" angeben)?
