Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Wie begründet die Bundesregierung die Notwendigkeit der Einsetzung eines Kabinettsausschusses „Klimaschutz“, der einen Vorschlag erarbeiten soll, mit welchen Gesetzen Deutschland seine Ziele und Verpflichtungen im Klimaschutz einhalten kann (https://rp-online.de/politik/deutschland/gesetze-fuer-klimaschutz-svenja-schulze-soll-das-neue-klimakabinett-leiten_aid-37567877), obgleich der Entwurf für ein Klimaschutzgesetz bereits durch das Bundesministerin für Umwelt, Naturschutz und nukleare Sicherheit entwickelt wurde und ein Kohleausstiegsgesetz nach dem Abschluss der Kommission „Wachstum, Strukturwandel und Beschäftigung“ nach meiner Auffassung nur noch eine Frage der Ausarbeitung ist?
