August 2023 (B1 KR 18/22 R) der wohnortnahe stationäre Versorgungszugang zur strahlentherapeutischen Versorgung in der Fläche gefährdet, weil für bestehende ambulant-stationäre Kooperationsmodelle durch diese Urteile keine stationäre Vergütung der Strahlentherapie über diagnosebezogene Fallgruppen (sog. DRGs) mehr erfolgen kann, und falls ja, welche Maßnahmen plant die Bundesregierung zur Sicherung der stationären wohnortnahen strahlentherapeutischen Versorgung zu ergreifen, und falls nicht, warum ist die stationäre wohnortnahe strahlentherapeutische Versorgung aus der Sicht der Bundesregierung nicht gefährdet?
