Original text of the question(s):<br /> <br /> According to the federal government's legal opinion, a municipality is required to fulfill its inspection obligations in the federal program "Living Democracy!" entitled to set deadlines for funding recipients to submit proof of use and, in the event of non-compliance, to impose sanctions such as the repayment of funding not proven in a timely manner, according to the Federal Government in its response to my Written question 57 on Bundestag printed matter 21/19 stated that funding decisions and the examination of proof of use are the “task of the applicant municipality”?
