Summary

Original text of the question(s):

Could the entry of the Jordanian toddler, in whose case the Federal Constitutional Court ruled in case 2 BvR 885/25, that he must be allowed to return to Germany after a stay in Jordan in 2024, in order to end the separation of the child from his parents at short notice, even if the parents' right of residence and that own right of residence has not yet been finally decided, and why was the Jordanian toddler not granted a residence permit ex officio in accordance with Section 33 Sentence 2 of the Residence Act, even though both parents had a "legal" residence in Germany at the time of his birth (according to the Federal Constitutional Court's press release in case 2 BvR 885/25)?
