Original text of the question(s):<br /> <br /> In relation to the Federal Government's answer to my written question 44 on Bundestag printed paper 21/1627, what is the instruction situation at the Federal Police regarding the question of when confiscated smartphones are read using IT forensics (please describe as specifically as possible the criteria and for which offenses IT forensics is to be carried out), and does the number of 1,500 IT forensics carried out only refer to investigations that the Federal Criminal Police Office itself carried out? or those that rely on other authorities (e.g. ZITiS) or private service providers?
