Summary

Original text of the question(s):

Does the Federal Government share my view that, according to the current planning status of the Military Service Modernization Act, only people with a male gender entry should be required to submit the online questionnaire, while according to the law on self-determination with regard to gender entry, a change of the gender entry is possible at any time without justification, so that people can completely avoid the obligation to submit the questionnaire, the subsequent muster and any military service by making a corresponding (even temporary) change to the gender entry, and if yes, does the federal government see this as a structural contradiction between compulsory military service and the Self-Determination Act, and if so, what legal or administrative measures is it planning to counteract this in order to prevent possible unequal treatment or undermining of compulsory military service, and if no, why not?
