Summary

Original text of the question(s):

What is the statement of the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Johann Wadephul, his Pakistani colleague, explained that, in his opinion, there was time until the end of the year to carry out the procedures for accepting Afghan people at risk (see, for example, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung of September 3, 2025, "Pakistan sets conditions for return of Afghans to Berlin"), consistent with the fact that eight people with a promise of admission from Germany were subsequently arrested in Pakistan for deportation or were threatened with deportation (cf. www.tagesschau.de/ausland/asien/pakistan-festnahme-afghanen-100.html), and what is the reason why the Federal Foreign Office had to be forced by the Berlin Administrative Court to issue visas to Afghan people with a confirmation of admission by threatening a fine of up to 10,000 euros (according to a report in the Frankfurter Rundschau from September 3, 2025, "Cry for help Kabul", the administrative court referred to the "persistence" with which the Foreign Office had not complied with the first court order to issue a visa; the reason given for this was that there was "currently no intention to comply with the obligation (...)"; please elaborate)?
